2020 Election Information
EARLY IN PERSON VOTING HOURS
Two (2) Weeks of In Person early voting is available to voters for the November 3rd
election; including weekends beginning October 17, 2020:
Saturday, October 17th through Friday, October 30, 2020
Mondays thru Fridays: 8 AM – 4 PM
Saturdays: 2 PM – 4 PM
Sundays: 10 AM – 12 PM
Vote by Mail Application:

Deadline to register to vote and/or update voter information is
October 24th 8pm.
You may Register/Update voter registration online or in the Clerk’s office.
Deadline to request a ballot by mail is October 28th
A sample ballot for the November 3rd Election will be posted here as soon as we receive them from the State.
You have multiple options for returning your Vote by mail/Absentee/Early Vote ballot:
There will be two (2) ballot drop off boxes available at the Town Hall (70 Main Street)
1st Box: 24/7 Access Black lock box to the right of the front door
2nd Box: Business hours (M-F, 8a – 4p) in the lobby of Town Hall
You may hand deliver your ballots to the Clerk’s office as we are now open to the public
You may also send your ballot back via US Mail

MISCELLIOUNUS INFORMATION FOR VOTING IN PERSON (ID REQUIREMENTS, COVID PROCEDURES, ETC.):
ID may be required to verify address at the polls; any form of ID is acceptable as long as it has your physical Edgartown address and your full name.
Masks are required to enter Town Hall and COVID procedures will be in place at the polls.
Any items such as hats, shirts, masks, etc. containing any candidate(s) on the ballot may not be worn at the polls. You will be asked to remove such items before entering the polls.
